This is the first apartment I ever renovated. I was living in London at the time and bought this 4 bedroom flat off a man who had been living there for over 30 years. It was a beautiful space that needed little more than stripping back to the bare bones. In total, I found five fireplaces that had been covered over by built in bookshelves.
